Yes: complex hormonal and reactive situations to food can do iether, if too much sugar , insulin shoots up to lower it and overshoots and lowers sugar too low like to 40 and you get dumping syndrome, sweats , fast pulse feeling hungry, if diabetic can have slow gastric emptying, nausea , vomiting, some bowel slowing meds can cause gastroparesis liek if taking diabetic med Byeta but others too ...Read more
