Unfortunately not: Tamsolusin branded as Flomax (tamsulosin) belongs to a group of drugs called alpha-adrenergic blockers. It can only "soften/loosen your prostate gland" thus minimizing the compression of your urethra, hence allowing you to pee more efficiently.
