Hello.: Hello. I can't diagnose your condition. However, you may be having some unusual sensory experiences. Derealization is when the world around you doesn't seem right and depersonalization is when you feel very odd. Do not know if your symptoms are from a psychological cause or a purely medical cause. I do recommend a medical evaluation to get a better handle on it. Treatment options can be offered after you have been assessed and correctly diagnosed.
Tell friend to stop: Advise your friend about some of the serious problems that can occur with cannabis to include: anxiety, depression, fear, panic, delusions, hallucinations, losing touch with reality, inattentiveness, short-term memory problems, disturbances of thought processes. Some psychiatric problems can be permanent. Encourage your friend to stop use now.
Don't do them: If you don't like the adverse effects associated with tripping - don't trip.

What to do if I got a cut tripping with some metal wires on the ground, should I get a tetanus shot?
A cut is a cut: Tetanus is possible when a cut on the skin is contaminated by tetanus spores that are all around, predominantly in soils. It doesn't matter what made the cut if the exposure comes after the skin is open. The rusty wire is a classic source because it was on the ground. If > 10 yrs since youe last booster, get the shot.
I have quite big big toes. I'm always tripping over them. My left ones already damaged is there anything I can do before I damage them more?
Big big toes: We all feel that we have body parts that aren't ideal compared to those we see on TV or in movie theaters. With that said, even biggest of big toes shouldn't cause tripping. Instead, I would consider a gait analysis to make sure that lift phase is correct. Heck, your family doc could easily check for drop foot which could explain tripping. If no surgical solution, consider ankle foot orthotic
If you slightly fell but you, embraced against something to keep from falling all the way down from tripping over something. Why does my arm stil hurt?
Muscle tear: You may have torn a muscle or tendon catching yourself during the fall. Applying high forces at awkward angles often occurs during the event you described. Try ice, ibuprofen, and rest. If it isn't improving in several days go see your doctor.
Not a good idea: Anything that alters mental functioning can be dangerous for type 1 diabetics, as it may interfere with their ability to check their blood glucose levels, take their medication, and remember to do these things at the proper time. It may interfere with recognizing the symptoms of low blood sugar, which can be devastating especially in type 1 diabetics.See 1 more doctor answer

I had an accidental fall at the s.E.C.C while at a concert and broke my hip. Does it need to be pinned?
Depends: If you are tripping on lsd the effects of alcohol can be excitatory at first then sedating. The biggest risk from lsd is loss of reality and if you are drinking then the erratic behavior that can be encountered could cause you to be at risk for accidents, withdrawal symptoms fom alcohol that can be more severe than if only related to alcohol etc seek help.
What exercise (s) do u recommend to strengthen ankles to wear heals & walk more securely w/o tripping? Minor ataxic gait but not to point o/instability
Please minimize use!: I'm sorry to not provide the answer you're looking for. I don't know if there are any exercises that help you wear high heels more, but even if there are it would be unwise to give you info that would allow you to wear them more often because it's so bad for your health- see http://bit. Ly/1bnsjku ; http://wapo. St/1c2qow8 it's not that you should never wear them but only on occ. For short times.See 1 more doctor answer
Why worry...: If your child really doesn't make a big deal out of it and at that age. Why should they. But if you make a big deal and constantly comment about it. Then that may cause a problem. You never said what teeth. Remember if they are front ones. Many kids start losing and getting those from 4 years and beyond. So you don't have too long to wait.See 2 more doctor answers
