I've been having Auden extreme migraines, I've also been mixing up words and randomly have trouble holding up my head! What could be wrong?

Behind the lady who dances and the man who madly drinks,
Under the look of fatigue, the attack of migraine and the sigh
There is always another story, there is more than meets the eye.” --W.H. Auden.

Lately I've been having issues getting out of bed (fatigue in the morning), constant drowsy feeling, head pressure, and random words appear in my mind?

This is not typical: For a simple headache problem. To constantly feel drowsy and AM fatigue is a little unusual; I'm not sure what the "random words" mean! This might be a sleep disorder with symptoms of chronic sleep deprivation, a low grade viral infection, or something actually going on in the brain--seizure disorder, tumor?? This needs evaluation; make an appointment with your doctor or Neurologist today! ...Read more

When I say in my head "I'm gonna go touch that bench" if could be random. If I don't do it, it bothers me all day until I do it. Is that normal?

If I understand you.: You sound like you are describing an urge that will not go away until you give in to it. I'm not sure about the word 'random' - but if I get you, that's sometimes seen as OCD - obsessive compulsions. It's not always terrible, but it is not normal. As it bothers you, I recommend good OCD therapy - maybe w/ medication if needed. You can get it turned around, but be patient. Get help - it's there. ...Read more

After being hit around the head quite hard, what could be the cause of random blackouts which last anywhere between an hour and 5 minutes?
