I've been having Auden extreme migraines, I've also been mixing up words and randomly have trouble holding up my head! What could be wrong?

Lately I've been having issues getting out of bed (fatigue in the morning), constant drowsy feeling, head pressure, and random words appear in my mind?
This is not typical: For a simple headache problem. To constantly feel drowsy and AM fatigue is a little unusual; I'm not sure what the "random words" mean! If I understand you.: You sound like you are describing an urge that will not go away until you give in to it. I'm not sure about the word 'random' - but if I get you, that's sometimes seen as OCD - obsessive compulsions. It's not always terrible, but it is not normal.
