Random Words In Head
Loud indistinguishable screaming voices in my head accompanied with strange feelings in my head and body. What are the possibilities of a brain tumor?
Low but not zero: Sounds as if you are having auditory hallucinations and while i couldn't definitively rule out a brain tumor simply based on what you've said, my opinion is that it's not as likely as other diagnostic possibilities. Nevertheless, i think a solid neurological examination and an imaging study of the brain are well worth the trouble. All the best. ...Read more
Loud, undistinguishable screaming voices inside my head accompanied with strange feelings in my head and body.. Could it be a brain tumour?
That worries me: If you hear any strange voices you need to seek counsel from your pcp. He/she may advise that you need further evaluation by a psychiatrist in order to be sure that this is not a mental disorder of some sorts.Only a specialist can help you in this situation. It is unlikely to be due to a brain tumor especially if you have already had a MRI of the brain done. ...Read more

Lately I've been having issues getting out of bed (fatigue in the morning), constant drowsy feeling, head pressure, and random words appear in my mind?
This is not typical: for a simple headache problem. To constantly feel drowsy and AM fatigue is a little unusual; I'm not sure what the "random words" mean! This might be a sleep disorder with symptoms of chronic sleep deprivation, a low grade viral infection, or something actually going on in the brain--seizure disorder, tumor?? This needs evaluation; make an appointment with your doctor or Neurologist today! ...Read more

Hearing heartbeat in left ear when laying and changing position. Short periods of muffled hearing in same ear. Daily headaches in back of head.
Likely noncaddiac: Normal heart beats can frequently be heard by patients when they lie on their side or ear. It's a common complaint i hear in the office. We title it "cardiac awareness". Uncertain why it manifests itself to patients when it does. I suspect this is not a cardiac abnormality. Headaches obviously shouldn't be treated lightly. Common allergies on up to more important organic causes may be responsible. ...Read more
