Random Nausea Spells
I had my period and have had multiple negative pregnancy tests but my breasts have changed and I get random nausea spells. Can I be pregnant still?
If you had a period and pregnancy test, on a correctly done test, was negative, you are highly unlikely to be pregnant. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive.

Having random spells of nausea. I haven't eaten anything out of the ordinary and I religiously take my birth control so I know I'm not pregnant.
Don't be too sure...: The GI tract has a very limited # of symptoms to signal its distress--nausea/vomiting, diarrhea/constipation, bloating, pain, fullness, bleeding, etc. As you know, many of these characterize ibs, but are also seen with inflammatory, infectious, ischemic, malabsorptive, and functional disorders. Also, pregnancy is always possible despite use of birth control--no single method is 100% effective. ...Read more
Stomache pains, burning sensation, no appetite, sick to stomach after eating, random spells of nausea and I havnt had a solid stool in months any idea?
Definite problem: It is clear firstly that you have a disorder or the gastrointestinal tract. All the symptoms, except perhaps the last one point to the upper GI tract (lower esophagus, stomach, gall bladder, pancreas, duodenum). The loose stools often is a lower GI tract problem (colon) or malabsorption (small intestine). See a GI specialist (or pcp first) and you'll likely first have an upper GI work-up. ...Read more

For over a week now I keep getting random waves of nausea varying in strength, I feel fine otherwise but I keep feeling like I need to be sick?
Noone should be sick: In an ideal world no one would be sick When our health fails it is a signal, especially when we are young, that something is going on that should be investigated completely. For you, that means seeing your doctor or going to urgent care and making sure you are not pregnant. Abnorm. Heacy flo 4 3 days. Then abrupt stop. Bleesing only during sex. Then random light pink spotting & nausea?!
Need to examine:
Any abnormal vaginal bleeding requires a physical examination, that can only be done in person. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation and proper treatment.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.
