So i randomly had some itchy bumps on my skin last month, they weren't rashes, just raised itchy red bumps that turned into scab over time. Help?
I keep getting itchy red bumps on both middle knuckles of my index fingers and on my elbows. Very random not always at same times, for 3yrs now. ?

Bedding?: I would suggest that you examine the mattress for any bed bugs . Not being insulting, we shed skin all the time and spend 8 hours a day in bed this shed skin is a cause for bed mites etc. You can wrap the mattress in a bag that prevents this, pillows as well I think the bed is the culprit because you don't complain of this during the day ...Read more
