Yes its common: It is common to have irregular cycles if you have ovarian cysts. Some women will not ovulate thus not have a cycle for months if they have a large ovarian cyst. I recommend you see your ob/gyn if this persists for more than three months. Pelvic: Pelvic pain is common especially mid-cycle (about 2 weeks after your period). The discharge may be normal but this depends on your age and time in your menstrual cycle. This could be an indication of midcycle bleeding which is not normal if you are nearing menopause (about age 50). I would be concerned: It may be from cervical irritation from act on penetration. That could cause scant bleeding from delicate tissue on surface. The cervix can be even more friable if there is active infection from previous partner. The odor is most concerning. It could be from bacterial vaginosis or chlamydia.
