The only problem might be if you get board with it, in which case you could substitute any number of high fiber cereals. Everything?: If you're not going regularly, you need more than Raisin Bran. Add psyllium husks (1 or 2 tablespoons) every day, plus lots of water. Magnesium to bowel tolerance (you can't OD on magnesium because it will give you diarrhea, stomach upset). Find a dose that works. Stimulants like prunes also will help.
