Need more info: A picture is worth a thousand words. Brown spots could be many things, most of which are not serious. They could be sun damaged area called solar lintigo, If they are flat and many of them. . If raised or have a "stuck on" appearance, then they could be a benign growth called a seborrheic dermatitis. I am 53 years old and in the last year i've begun seeing many raised white spots on my legs. I am concerned with the appearance. Any idea of what they are and how to have them removed? Is there a health concern I should be concerned with? Thank you jeff

Close shave!: Two months ago, your razor blade apparently cut too deeply into the skin and cut some of the tiny capillaries underneath. When these capillaries clotted, they left behind tiny scabs.
