Dental exam?: The white line that runs from back to front is most likely something that is very common and is a result of your upper and lower teeth rubbing against your cheek, especially with people who have a habit of cheek biting. Rash: It's really difficult to accurately diagnose are rash without seeing it. How long have you had the bumps? Did they start all at once, or did you start with one and have progressively got more?
