Many things: It could be a mole, a genital wart, a skin tag, a clogged duct/pore. It could be part of your hymenal ring (the hymen looks "bumpy"). If it's markedly different than the surrounding skin, I would have it looked at. Darkened bumps can always be skin cancer.
