Maybe the food: Possibly a food allergy or sensitivity. Could there have been msg in the food. Peanuts?Try eating small amounts of the food again to see if you experience the same symptoms. Have a friend nearby to take you to a doctor/hospital. Also have some anti-histamines available. The safest thing to do is make a complete list of the foods you ate and consult with your physician. ...Read more

Shortness of breath, racing heart. Soreness of neck, lower abs. Stomach cramps with eating. Headache. Foggy feeling. Started Lamictal 9 days ago.

Symptoms: Fear, etc.: Lamictal https://www.google.com/#q=lamictal = a single molecule; cannot & will not solve complex human life issues & symptoms, though can complicate them. Then why prescribed? Public & Doctors prefer quick options for complex problems. Not complex treatments for complex problems, including ones which might/would work vastly better. I had BAD skipped beats & racing heart during continuous 48 hour recording. But the report was fine.. Is this False negative test or anxiety palps?

Cardiac awareness: If you're having symptoms but the recording doesn't show them, then you have cardiac awareness. That's not a false negative. It's a true negative that proves that your symptoms don't correlate with actual irregularity of your heart. I see you take diltiazem. I've found that propranolol works better for this symptom. I usually start low: 40 mg a day, gradually titrate up till sx improve. ...Read more

Anxiety help.i get anxiety for everything I play lots of video games when things get intense I get anxiety and get a racing heart.how do I calm down:(?

Try breath work: Breathing in different patterns can change your body feel and chemistry. A slow (count 3)full nasal inhale, holding it in lungs (6) and long complete blowing out like candles (8-9) will calm the anxiety. Repeat the cycle about 5 times and you'll feel the change - it lowers blood pressure too. It looks like smoking. Also, it you don't like the feeling - don't play those games - duh! ...Read more

What would cause me to wake up with a racing heart in the in the middle of the night , causing me me to almost pass out? It happens in my sleep?

Arrhythmia: Next time it happens, try to take your pulse and time it: using a watch (a stop watch would be great) count the number of "beats" for a 15 second period then times that number by 4. Thats your heart rate. A rapid heart rate(>100) while at rest is abnormal. It could be anxiety, caffeine or other medications.
