Was on wellbutrinxl150 for a month, stopped for 1.5 weeks, felt spaced out so took again for 2 days, now hwart racing and still a bit spacey.

Having a subluxating patella, which is a common condition in young girls. The DX can be difficult in girls with subtle signs.
It is a diagnosis of exclusion, after other common conditions are excluded.
See your orthopod again and ask him about it. Pt can help and with using a patellar brace + pain meds like nsaids.
