You have a lot: Of symptoms there and you need to see a good doctor to determine which or i'd all are related. Elevated sed rate is very non specific and just telling us there is inflammation. I would recommend you see a rheumatologist. ...Read more

How does RA contribute to the ankle tendonitis I am experiencing and why would tendonitis be in both ankles?

Chronic inflammation: Rhematoid arthritis will cause degenerative changes to the ankle joints resulting in the ankle functioning incorrectly. This will in turn cause overuse of the tendons surrounding the ankle joint and chronic inflammation. Injections of cortisone around the tendon can be helpful as well as antiiflammatories.
