Unclear question: Rheumatoid nodules are a natural part of the illness with rheumatoid arthritis. If the disease is in remission, the nodules per se are not an issue, other than cosmetic one. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. ...Read more

Only x-ray can tell: If this just occurred, then it's reasonable to give this a couple of days of observation, rest, icing and possibly anti-inflammatories like ibuprofen. See below:: Possibly yes, but it happening on both sides at the same time is uncommon. It could be a number of other things in a 35 yo female, like rheumatoid. See your doctor: It may be raynauds disease or Burgers if you smoke. Your doctor can diagnose this and discuss with you if treatment is necessary. Hopefully this will go away. If not often the same treatment for migraines can help this. Also discuss the cefaly treatment that helps you avoid taking pain meds. ...Read more
