Two things: 1) you may very well not be ovulating normlly after coming off dmpa, not all bleeding is a period. 2) opk are frequently inaccurate, esp. So in women who are not ovulating normally. ...Read more

Even then it is best to really wait possibly a few more days past your usual first day and take the test with your first morning's urine.
