Research needed but:: There is not adequate research on the use of vaping to quit smoking but many people have used this method successfully. Anything that helps you quit is reasonable to try. While vaping is still harmful to your health, evidence suggests it is far safer than smoking. There are attacks: But, from what i've heard, this (like the patch ; gum) is a much safer way to obtain nicotine. The dangers from smoking cigarettes are the result of burned organic material creating tars and carbon monoxide. Some people have: paradoxical (opposite than expected) effects from Melatonin, including agitation, nightmares and, yes, sleeplessness--the very thing you take it for... (How are you quitting smoking? I wonder if your treatment for that has anything to do with your sx's?) Stopping is OK.
