High liver enzyme: High liver enzymes indicate damage to liver is happening. Your level of elevation is mild, but should be looked into for underlying cause. Why am I always tired?
I lead a pretty regular life, I don't smoke, don't drink alchol and I don't make use of drugs. But, but I go to sleep late.
Sleep hygiene?: While there may be at least several good reasons for someone your age to feel tired all the time I think the one that you mentioned needs to be looked at more seriously than anything else assuming you are otherwise healthy. And that is the fact that you go to bed "late."in order to feel good all day long you must go to sleep at a decent hour and wake up at a good hour as well. Try that and see. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Fatigue, stress: if your fatigue, stress, and anxiety are adversely affecting your functioning you should pursue further medical opinion.
