Alcohol can kill your interest in sex (or at least your performance), & often stopping drinking --> regaining interest in lots of things including sex. Perhaps the emotions that are coming up, if numbed by alcohol, are now interfering with your sex drive. If you are in a program, ask about this. Not expected.: Alcohol usually worsens itching unless one has drunk oneself into a semi-stupor. Not all itching is induced by histamine and thus it may not work at all. Dry skin is the most common cause for itching without a rash, consider applying a moisturizer <3 mins after bathing to see if this helps.
