Probably but...: To lose weight one must consume less calories than they burn up so eating less will help you lose weight. However, research shows that eating after 8 pm is associated with weight gain. The earlier you eat your dinner and not snacking after 8 pm will likely help. It is normal.: Congrats! It is normal to want to eat everything when your pregnant. Usually this comes in waves as there will be periods during your pregnancy when your appetite will be low. Be careful. Depending on your weight now, you don't want to gain more than about 30 pounds. It is okay to eat...just eat healthy foods. Fruits and veggies, not ice-cream and cake. LOL. Even pretzels can help since it's hard to eat too many pretzels! if you fill yourself on healthier snacks it will be easier to fight the junk food cravings.
