You need surgery: You have a large cyst. Most cyst at your age are benign. However they can become very large and depending on the surgeon you my end up with a huge scar. Also cyst this size can twist on its pedicle( torsion). This is a surgical emergency. You might have a serous or mucinous-cysadenoma, or a dermoid cyst.
