I tested positive for pregnancy. A quantitative hCG test at 3w6d since LMP showed a level of 40. 5 days later my hCG was 120. Is this increase too low?
There is wide variation in HCG levels in normal pregnancies. Your levels are within normal limits. See this site for more info.

Concerning: The quantitative beta-hcg test should double every 48 hours. If this was truly 48 hours, then there is reason for concern.
