No...: Eggs are known to carry bacteria such as Listeria and Salmonella. Listeria can cause death to the mother/baby pair. Salmonella can cause diarrhea and vomiting and is usually treated with a fluoroquinolone antibiotics that aren't used in pregnancy. This makes treatment difficult.
