Yes, very safe but..: Yes, it is quite safe to take these together. They should work well together as a team, however, coq10 is better absorbed after a meal (choose forms like ubiqinol or bioq10 that are better absorbed) & herbs are better absorbed on an empty stomach. Limit b6 to 200 mg/day- 100 mg 2x/day is better than 200 mg once a day. Consider a quality multivitamin as well. ...Read more
