Holter report supraventricul 24isolated ,2couple ,1 runs totally 3 beats, 3beats longest Run 81 bpm, 3 beats fasted run 81bpm, 1.7 second max R-R?

Depends on symptoms: Your findings may be considered normal. It depends whether you felt the symptoms prompting the holter placement, during the time that you wore the holter. Either way, a longer-term rhythm recording may be necessary. Call 911 if you develop shortness of breath, chest pain, dizziness, passing out, or a sudden onset rapid heart rhythm that doesn't resolve after 30 seconds, or recurs. ...Read more

Diagnosed w c5/c6 pinched nerve (ncs test), mild shoulder bursitis & bicep tendinosis (mri), & de Quervain's (finkelstein's) on same side. Possible?

Yes.: Possible. The ncs and MRI are pretty definitive tests. So i believe the c5/6 impingements. On the other hand finklestein's is also a pretty good predictor of de quervain's. Certainly could have all three. ...Read more

Tight chest, heart pound so fast, left arm feels tingling, dizzy, cold hand and feet, sweating, suddenly stiff at neck & shoulder. heart attack or anxiety?

Uncertain: You are a 30 year old female - don't know if you have any risk factors for a heart attack. However, if you have never had a medical workup and had medical causes ruled out than having it assessed is prudent. It may be a panic attack but we can't diagnose it. ...Read more

That is an extremely: small number of extra systolic beats. I don't know how you can say they increase when the total is minuscule. At your age, heart rate variability is common as the autonomic system is highly responsive to many stimuli. Nothing you describe is out of normal range or worrisome in any way. ...Read more

My heart structurally fine on echo, MRA, ECG, MRI, holter monitors. Is it unlikely my frequent PVCs will turn into Ventricular tachycardia/death?

My heart structurally fine on echo, MRA, ECG, MRI, holter monitors. Is it unlikely my frequent PVCs will turn into Ventricular tachycardia/death?

Unlikely: With a normal heart based on all the studies you have had, PVCs are usually benign and not like to precipitate ventricular tachycardia. The caveat is that you are on diltiazem as well as amitriptyline both of which can affect the heart rhythm. Thus you should continue to have your EKG monitor. All the best to you! ...Read more
