Hard to say: Pustule implies pus or infection. If it is associated with swelling of neck "glands" this may be sialadentis: inflammation of one of your submandibular glands. Ans: Sounds like a few different issues here. Need a good history. The bloid may just be from the nose. Could be dry or irritated with allergens. See your doctor for a goid sinus exam. Also did you have any facial trauma? Need a history and then exam. The pustules are another issue. Must give goid description of them. Are they painful? Itchy? Do they spread?
