I have TINY puss filled bumps on my face. I apply lotion, but when I don't it's instant dry/peeling skin. Been on my face for a month. Please help!

Need evaluation: Impossible to tell without seeing the lesion it can be a simple inflamitory acne lesion or something as bad as the head of a facial abscess. Provided no fever and nt getting worst wam soaks are a good start andif it bursts clean pressure to empty the puss.
