When I went to the toilet It was hard to push out and it got a stuck also when I wiped there was blood and there was blood on my stools too?
If you're not having any pain in your anus, it probably was a hemorrhoid that got irritated when you strained to have your bowel movement. An anal fissure can also bleed but hurts (like a paper cut down there!)
If you've had hard stool, you should increase your fiber and water intake to keep your stools softer. A laxative may help if you don't get relief with the increased dietary fiber. ...Read more

When I pee it stings slightly at tip of penis hole, I also feel the need to go the toilet a lot, but when I actually go to toilet I cannot pass urine and sometimes I push quite hard and only a little bit of urine comes out like dribbles.
Always had bad stool. Past year used toilet paper over finger to push it out since its hard. Noticed little blood sometime and yellow liquid. Is it dange?
Chronic constipation: I would recommend stool softener and soluble fiber such as Fibercon or metamucil. Physical activity and foods high in dietary fiber may also be helpful. If these measures aren't helpful I would recommend following up with a physician rather than using harsh laxatives. ...Read more

If you have ever had any urologic procedures scarring is likely. ...Read more

Medication SFx?: Some medications may have the side effect of tightening up the urethra, making it difficult to void - amitriptylene and Cymbalta (duloxetine) are common ones for this complaint. If this has just been a recent development, then you might pee in a cup so your fp can see if this hesitancy is the beginning of a uti. It's a little strange that it's only happening in the morning, tho. ...Read more
