Sweat.: Could be that you have excessive sweating in the areas mentioned. If the lesion are not raised and you have no pain that what i guess it could be. Moisture causes maceration or whiteness. So it can accumulate dirt and sometimes gets inflamed so most likely commonsense cleaning and using OTC Antibiotic ointment will do the job. If itching can apply Benadryl (diphenhydramine) cream.
