Purple Spots On Right Wrist
I have a rash of red spots on the back of my right wrist that rarely itches. It's been there for several years and has pretty much stayed the same?
My hands go purple with bright orange, spots in cold weather, covers whole hand and wrist, doc checked pulses and were fine, what could this be?
14 month old with a big hard lump on right wrist and elbow. Ped said bug bite but they don't look like bites. What else could they be. One on her elbow is forming a white spot in the middle.?
Sounds like bite: The appearance of some bug bites can change rapidly due to localized allergic swelling within the skin nearby. What you describe sounds like a bite to me. ...Read more
10y old gymnast. On her left hand, the three knuckles and the area under them are purple. There is a tender spot. Is it fracture or stress fracture?
Need X-Ray Vision: Could be either or something else. To be sure, the hand should be examined in-person and a decision made as to what to do , especially at this age. Would be important to know the exact circumstances of the injury, if any, or if it was from repetitive activities. The fact that the area is tender and purple places it in a suspicious category. next ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers
I have some bumpy red spots on both my wrists and other parts of my body for a while now. They are sometimes itchy. What could it be?
I have small almost scar like spots on the undersides of both wrists but have had no injuries. They are faded in color like old scars. Any ideas as to?
Skin creases: Perhaps they are the creases of skin at your wrist. In general for skin issues, if it doesn't itch, bleed, hurt, or increase in size, then usually, it's nothing to worry about. If it spreads, itches, or otherwise bothers you, go see a doctor. If not bothersome, give it a few days and see what happens. Maybe try a dry skin cream if it is itchy. ...Read more
I have these small brown spots to be specific only two on my wrist and it doesn't hurt or anything and I just recently got it?
Unsure/unseen: The 2 spots need more explanation and very difficult to say without seeing them. If not painful, no bleeding or other injury to the area it could be a normal little skin change but most important is to watch them closely and if remain and get bigger or sore then see a health professional to evaluate the area. Hope this is helpful and all goes well. ...Read more
I have two red spots on my wrist they are not painful and go away for awhile when I press on them. I haven't had these since birth. ?
I woke up today and found small brown spots in a cluster, about 3 inches big, on my forearm near my wrist. This literally happened overnight.Diagnosis?
Impossible to tell: For sure without actual examination. But if is sudden onset and localized to a 3 inch area, it is most likely something that happened to your skin locally. For example, contact dermatitis, insect bite, local irritant. If it spreads to other areas of the body, you must look to systemic disorders. Go to dermatologist if it persists. ...Read more
Dermatologist: This could be several things, such as lichen planus, verruca plana, or other conditions. Would need more detail as to size, pattern, color, appearance, timing of these 'pimples' to make better guesses. You may want to see a primary care doc or better, a dermatologist, to evaluate accurately. ...Read more
