Impossible to tell: For sure without actual examination. But if is sudden onset and localized to a 3 inch area, it is most likely something that happened to your skin locally. Unsure/unseen: The 2 spots need more explanation and very difficult to say without seeing them. If not painful, no bleeding or other injury to the area it could be a normal little skin change but most important is to watch them closely and if remain and get bigger or sore then see a health professional to evaluate the area.
