Specific picture.: Somethings just can't be evaluated without actually seeing the issue at hand. I fear that this is one of them. Randomly occurring skin discolorations are sometimes impossible to explain, let along come up with a treatment plan. Foot Discoloration: I have never seen this pattern before as a practicing podiatrist, so i would definitely recommend you so a podiatrist or dermatologist to start. If the feet are very hot or very cold, i would ask for an emergency visit. If not, while you wait for the appt, try a topical anti-fungal like Lamisil (terbinafine) cream to see if it has any effect. Ecchymosis (Bruise): It sounds like you are describing easy bruising. This is almost always abnormal in someone 31 yrs old. You need to have this checked out and have testing done to find out why you are experiencing this problem. There are many causes for easy bruising. Varies : Multiple potential causes. Frostbite would really be a consideration only if you had sustained severe cold to that extremity. Temperature differences can be caused by an abnormality causing a cool foot, or by causing a warm foot. Cool feet are often related to vascular issues.
