I have had these dark circles under my eyes for years. Its kinda purple and red too, in some spots. Please help me so they arent so dark.

Benign hemorrhage : If the spots developed suddenly and are painless, they are probably just conjunctival hemorrhages. Eye rubbing or a good cough can cause them.
