I have recently been getting small (0.5cm) perfectly round spots (one each time) that are red/purple on arm. Appear suddelny and go in 2 days?
Check bruises out: It sounds like those are bruises, or blood vessels that are breaking. Without trauma as a cause, they could be from a bleeding problem from disease (like liver, or blood abnormality) or medications (like Aspirin or similar drugs, or coumadin) or even some kinds of cancers (leukemia). So on my right arm i have small flat blood spots under skin. My dr called them petechiea. She wasnt concerned but its freaking me out!
