I washed my nose with a facial rock then it peel off my skin and dry it off now it's heeling but I have purple/dark spots on my nose what should I do?
Wait for 2-4 weeks: Most facial peels take 2-4 weeks for primary healing and another 4-6 weeks for complete healing. The purplish spots are usually benign or indicate blood near the surface. Occasionally they can be more significant indicating conditions like rosacea or skin cancer. Wait at least 4 weeks, but preferably 10 weeks from the peel. I have dysautonomia, all day today my heart rate is ~56bpm & I have been cold, my skin has red/purple spots. This is the opposite of my usual. Any advice on how to regulate and raise my pulse/ temp?
56=ok: There's nothing wrong with a heart rate of 56 - don't try to change it. I suggest you wear warmer clothing - it will make you more comfortable, probably will make the red/purple spots go away, is free/inexpensive, has no side effects, and won't interact with your other meds. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Breakout every 4-7 weeks in lesions, abrasions, leaves scars and purple bruises. Entire body. Minor burn/ itching and spots darkening in skin. Ideas?
Skin is being weird: I would get to a doctor with this right away. Especially with it leaving scars, you want to get to the bottom of what's going on, even if it's something as simple as acne. Other things that come to mind include staph infections, drug allergies, or other less common systemic skin allergies. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Could low dose asa therapy cause you to bruise more easily and to develop purple spots on skin? I am also on HRT and lotrel (amlodipine and benazepril) for hypertension.
Yes: That is a common effect of low dose Aspirin due to the inhibition of blood platelets. If your hypertension is well controlled it can still happen but is more likely if not controlled. As one gets older the skin gets thinner and capillaries get more fragile and tear easier which makes these bruises appear more often. ...Read more
