As much as you want: Carrot juice is very healthy. There is no set limit to how much to drink, though it has sugar & other carbs & should be balanced with adequate water. As good as I can tell, carrot juice may have more nutrients than the pulp, but both the juice and the pulp contain high levels of beta carotene and other nutrients.
