I got this bruise a few days ago and its on my eyelid its purple now it was black can I speed this healing up?

Sometimes: Depends upon the history. Did he get struck around the eye with a fist, a ball or some blunt object so that he has bruising around the eye? Is there swelling? Was the eye struck and is the vision ok? Or did the purple appear with no outside force which could indicate a blood disorder, or tumor? Have it checked by : Your eye doctor under a slit lamp. That would be the best to see what it actually is for diagnosis. Hard to say from this as you need to provide more info and medical and ocular history. How long it's been going on? Which eye or both eyes? What exposure to anything, previous infections?
