Purging is a symptom in which a person clears his body of "undesirable" stuff, usually meaning intention vomiting to empty the stomach, but can also be the clearing of his bowels by using laxatives. The eating disorder called bulimia involves rapid over-eating (binging), followed by intentional vomiting (purging).

You probably should: not be purging, it is not a natural way for the body to get rid of food or any substance.
