Better available: It is ok but i think you can do much better. My concerns: the main ingredients are soy and milk protein. Almost all soy these days is gmo unless it is organic & there is evidence this is unsafe. Milk is mostly from cows fed gmo corn & soy unless organic. Amway does not use organic sources. Read labels carefully & if U don't understand what's been added, ask Ur PCP or a dietitian. 2 much protein will challenge Ur kidneys, so more is not always better. U need 50gms/day generally.
