Confusing question: Once recognised, an intussusception needs to be reduced(fixed), either hydrostatically by the radiologists using water pressure or surgically. Better ways: There are much better ways to help yourself fall asleep. Melatonin, a popular herbal, over the counter preparation can be very effective.
