Yes: You could absolutely have a fracture, though the swelling can definitely occur without fracture as well. The only way to find out is to have x-rays of your hand. If you are having any difficulty moving your hand, wrist or fingers, or if you have any numbness/tingling etc., you should get an x-ray done. And, stop punching walls.
