The first thing: To come to mind is a muscle spasm? It could be the case if having more intercourse. If you have issues like back pain, poor sleep, headaches, high stress, you may experience more overall physical symptoms, noticing more pain than others. Tingling?: I'm not sure what you're describing, but if by "tingling" you're referring to itching, and it's isolated to your anus, it could be a pinworm infection, especially if it's worse at night. There is no correct amount of caffeine, so best to totally eliminate it for several weeks and allow area to heal, then reintroduce caffeine slowly to find your threshold.
