Lt Arm Dull Throb: Hello. Are symptoms above or below your elbow? Outer or inner part of your upper arm or forearm? If above the elbow, then you could have irritation to C5 nerve (if outer arm). If below the elbow, then outer forearm C6 nerve irritation vs inner forearm C8 irritation. Shouldn't be worried.
