Fell 2 mnths ago, got bad pain in left upper shoulder blade beneath collarbone, kneck, pulsing pain in top of head. had a normal x ray. No MRI done.

Poss neck disk : When you get pain in the back of your shoulder blade and it radiates up your neck , think of a herniated disk in your neck. xrays are often normal look for pain radiating down arm into hand, pain aggravated when extending you neck and turning to either side. If you still have symptoms after 3-4 weeks and some therapy , might need a MRI of your neck good luck ...Read more

Pinched nerve?: Possibly a pinched nerve, disk problem. Talk to your physician and also ask your yoga instructor on how to do the position differently. After accidents, i recommend yoga with the caveat that the instructor change positions to not put undue pressure on injured areas. If they don't know how to do that, find another instructor. ...Read more

Migraine type: Headache may come with stress, Dehydration,Menstrual Period,High Chocolate and Cheese intake. So try to drink lots of water, avoid heavy chocolate, caffine and Cheese intake and if it incapacitates you around your period you can talk to your doctor how to treat. It may be...: Muscle related, as the soft collar may take some of the tension off of your neck muscles. It's unlikely vascular as these type of very concerning headaches shouldn't necessarily improve with a neck collar.
