For a few nights now I have laid down to sleep, but I am interrupted by what feels like a vein pulsing on the outside of my right foot. Not painful.
Pulsing: It wouldn't be a vein that pulsates and it's doubtful that a prominent arterial pulse would be felt in that area. Perhaps you are feeling the twitching of an irritable muscle in that part of the foot. This appears to be more of a nuisance than anything serious. Consult a physician as needed. ...Read more

All of my veins in my feet and hands are suddenly popping out and pulsing I can feel it and see it. I am 53 yo female and got a perfect health report.
May be serious: I see this question submitted twice. I'm guessing you are very concerned. If you are having any shortness of breath or chest pressure, or jaw ache, I would take an aspirin and call an ambulance now. Feeling a bounding pulse can mean heart palpitations. If you are completely comfortable then it may not be important. Women' heart attack symptoms are sometimes unrecognized. Be cautious. Good luck! ...Read more
I was very angry tonight and my feet and hands went very cold, not numb. My face also got very hot and it felt like my temples were pulsing. Normal?
Sympathetic reaction: Yes, it can be. This is classic sympathetic reaction with fight or flight response. There is sudden release and surge of adrenaline in the blood with spasms of blood vessels in feet and hand which makes them cold, hot face and temples pulsating which means the blood pressure was high too. Need to divert anger towards a peaceful resolution, and do regular exercises. If it persists, see a doctor. ...Read more
Foot Injury: At around 4:30pm today I hit my foot, smallest toe is slightly cut into, vertically. And ring toe is bruised under the nail. Pulsing?
No cause for concern: The small superficial cut on your small toe shouldn't be much of an issue as long as you can move your toe and feel the sensation at the tip of the toe. If the edges of the cut are gaping use tape to bring edges together. The blood collected under the nail should resolve on its own in a few days otherwise you can go to the Dr and get it drained to relieve the pressure ...Read more

Feels like blood rushing through my ear when I press the pulse on my neck. Normal? Also pulse of foot do not pulsate the exact same time as my neck do?
Distance: Unless one has legs about the length of a long neck (like a giraffe, but this is never the case in a human), his pulse will hit the neck before it hits the foot, even if he brings his foot up to his head. It's like stomping on a garden hose... The pressure waves takes time to travel. ...Read more

I have a painful throbbing sensation on my big toe, it feels like a vein pulsing every two minutes, some extremely painful some I barely feel.
Inflamed toe.: The painful throbbing is most likely due to the heart pumping blood, with resistance, through congested and/or inflamed tissues of the toe. Nice description: Nice observations! Look on the net for leg "dermatomes" and for images of nerve sensory distributions in the leg. Probably best: To start off with your primary care physician.
