See an eye doctor: Pain in or around the eyes that is excruciating, includes vision loss, and/or does not resolve on its own within a matter of minutes, should be evaluated by an eye doctor. The cause may be as simple as a migraine or atypical muscle headache, but can be related to inflammatory and other conditions. See an eye doctor as soon as possible.
Myself (30) had pulsating pain on left side of temple to back of skull, now it's paining on right side, some times between eye brows and behind eyes.
Muscle spasms: Amit - I, of course, cannot be sure without examining you, but from the locations of the pains and they are changing, is often indicative of spasms of the muscles of the head and neck. My suggestion initially is to apply warm moist compresses to both sides of the temples and along the sides of your face at the same time. If spasms of the muscles are the cause now warm moist should help.

Sinus headache: There are many ways sinus issues can reveal themselves. Sometimes chronic sinus infections cause only post-nasal drip, a chronic cough, an A.M. Sore throat, or a low grade headache, all without nasal congestion or forward nasal discharge. The lack of classic symptoms often fools the best physicians. At times, only a cat scan will reveal the underlying problem. See a physician for an evaluation.
