Need more info: How long have you noticed the "lump"? Has it grown? It is painful? Is it bony hard and not painful? Could it be just a normal bone excrescence or even just a normal variation on the mastoid bone? It is not painful, not growing and not bleeding, you may leave it alone. Head bump: The bump probably caused a bit of bleeding deep next to the skull. It can calcify/scar the area.
