Probably ok: While this is probably ok, and just an awareness of your body, it could represent something else. I noticed my abdomen is pulsating like whole abd. I look at it while i'm holding my breath and I'm always acidic. But when I touch it i feel no pulse?
Aortic pulse: Most likely you are seeing the the pulse in your aorta (large artery running along your spine). It pulses with each heart beat.
