Is it possible to do jal neti ( nasal irrigation) and sutra neti ( string neti ) after septoplasty safely?
How often should I do a nasal irrigation that breaks up biofilm but preserves the lysozymes? Thanks or your advice!
Sounds dubious: There is an independent medical thinker who promotes a bizarre nasal irrigation system based on his own ideas about biofilms -- they're interesting and you're free to decide for yourself. Add ½ teaspoon (2.5 g) baking soda. ...Read more

This has been suggested to help restore bio films. ...Read more
