Do no strenuous activity (even no excessive stretching) for a couple days and ease the muscle back to daily use. Ice pack or ice massage during the first 48 hours: 10-15 min each hour while awake. Orthostatic : Hypotension is the most common explanation for this. The autonomic nervous system regulates blood pressure responses to position. If you have been lying flat for a while then jump up, sometimes the blood pressure doesn't keep up and blood flow takes a while to get to your brain. This happens with some meds. Probably not: Cannabis does stay around much longer than drugs that are much more dangerous, which is unfortunate. If you are an infrequent user, you might tell them that the low level in your urine was due to passive inhalation.
