Ease into it.: Some trainers are task masters, which is perfectly fine if the person they are training has been conditioned to a high level of fitness. It is a shame when trainers feel the need to push a newbie to exhaustion the first few weeks of a new program. Perhaps gyms are hiring trainers who don't have any formal education on the subject.
